I think we can all agree that this tall stack of pb and banana is life.
During bikini competition prep, I was taught to fear carbs, sugars, and
fats. All I ate were tilapia, chicken breast, lettuce, egg whites and
protein powder for 10 weeks, while working out 4+ hrs a day with my PT.
🏋 Little did I know that I was creating hormonal imbalance from my
extreme calorie deficit. This led to a constant and unstoppable weight
gain over a period of a couple years along with an ED and
unhealthy body image of myself. It took me about 3 years to actually
heal from my metabolic disruption. I had to not workout as much, sleep
more, and increase my calorie intake while eating whatever I wanted. But
gradually, I found balance again and I was able to look at food not as
the enemy but as fuel. Even though that experience was torturous for my
body, I believe it happened for a reason. So I could share with you my
story and and help you find your center. The reason why I developed
PIIT28 was because I had to do it for myself to find my happiness in
working out and eating for my well being again. So the roots of PIIT28
and the 28 Day Reset are not solely for weight loss - it's for finding
your STRENGTH and HAPPINESS. The body transformation will happen anyway.
I don't believe in working out for vanity. I workout, because without
it, I wouldn't be as joyful
