How to Lose Weight Quickly and Safely
Eat well, exercise, and get plenty of sleep. Whatever you do: do not starve yourself or over eat! Eating disorders can lead to serious health risks, and they won’t help you safely lose weight. If you wish to lose more than 10-30 pounds, consult your doctor and nutritionist for a safe and healthy weight-loss program.
Firstly go to your doctor consult and mention what type of weight loss program you wish to follow, the Dr. will advise you…. but here are a few pointers to kick start your new healthy eating plan, do not eat anything after 8pm in the evening drink, fresh old water, small glass of low sugar fruit juice, small glass of semi-skimmed milk, reduce your sugar intake in tea or coffee, or drink hot water with a couple of thin slices of lemon, which helps remove fat traces from the body…keep drinking fluids regular and go for a light walk before bed, which will help you settle and sleep much better.- prepare and get ready for bed, try and get at least 6-8 hours sleep.
So that you are nice and refreshed in the morning, and much more able to cope with your day with a good nights rest….stay away from high sugar, high salt content, and saturated fats. Watch how many grapes cherries apples and bananas sadly they are full of hidden natural fruit sugars…go for low fat natural yogurt, cut down on red meat to 2 x weekly and should be reduced fat eat plenty of raw mixed salads, small packets of cereal with semi-skimmed milk or natural yogurt. Eat regular small meals, and at set times during the day.
